I love Popeye's. The menu is unique for my area. The chicken is great, as are the sides. I'm a huge fan of the spicy chicken but the regular/mild chicken is very good. I will note: Occasionally, the drive-thru service is not 100% BUT I definitely recommend Popeye's.
I usually don’t give 1 stars but this is the worst experience ever in any fast food restaurant in my lifetime. I order the spicy chicken I said I wanted everything on it and I ended up getting no pickles or SAUCE. And also the fries were so soggy. And I order LEMONADE WITH ICE and I got IT WITH NO ICE. It’s was the worst experience ever.
Omg I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. My food was fresh and hot... I'm not sure you can dine in, but we used the drive-thru..
I ordered $60 worth of food through drive through. Got it in no time without wait. Great speedy service. Quality better than others.
Loved the customer service, food was hot and fresh. Order was correct. Pleasently suprised being that its in frankfort/mokena.
