Don't get me wrong, the food is great. Love their steak burgers and milkshakes. But this location needs to up their game on speed. Spent at least 10 minutes waiting for my food.
This place is horrible. Probably one of the rudest people I have come across from a fast food restaurant. They don't speak to you. Forgot our drink. Gave us a bad tasting cheese cup. With the same gloves on, takes my money, gets my food and helps himself to some food too. This place needs to be shut down. Adding on, doordash has been waiting 30 minutes, for what? 04/02/21. My child really wanted it but you know what never again!
Food was cold and they gave us the complete wrong order. Service took abnormally long in the drive thru and the oil they used for the fries was definitely old and was sour tasting. Would recommend getting food elsewhere.
Sat at window for 5 minutes without paying, finally paid then sat for another 10. Order was messed up and cold. It was just a burger and fries so I have no idea what the hold up was.
Every year I treat myself to a large chili cheese fry the day before my birthday (Christmas). I typically am disappointed, however, this year I was blown away! My order was everything I hoped it would be and then gentleman working the drive thru window Christmas Eve night was SO polite/ nice.
