Every time I have been here the service and food have been fantastic. They have been very accommodating with my order. I have placed fairly large orders for parties at work. They have always been able to meet my time deadlines and the food quality has been greatnThe staff has been friendly and helpful Bringing my order to the car for me and making sure the food has been properly packaged.nDefinitely ordering from here again

I've been a resident of Frankfort for over 20 years and I was so happy to see Harold's in the community; however my experience was less than favorable, the customer service was luke warm and the chicken was undercooked. It's the first time that I have ever thrown Harold's in the trash. For now I will solicit an alternate location. I sincerely hope they learn the definition of customer service and how to greet their patrons.

I ordered the 8 piece dark special, it was fried to golden brown perfection! The fried green tomatoes and pickles were very delicious! Fast friendly service! I will return ASAP!

Actually it's one of the very places where you can get fried chicken that is fresh and hot. Their chicken reminds me of home fried chicken. I don't consider them a fast food store. Not a place to go to if you want quick old stale chicken that was under heat lights for a couple hours. You will get your food hot and fresh.
