Fantastic! Never had a bad experience here. The staff is phenomenal. Services offered are very reasonably priced. The salon is clean. Highly recommended by me!
I have been coming to this location for 10+ years and made an appointment with Suzy for today. Talked to her twice. Now I'm told I have no appointment. Going on my 1st vacation in 5 years and now I'm stuck with no hair appointment. Extremely disappointed. Do not allow people to run the desk if they don't know what they are doing.
ZERO STARSnI Paid $200 and walked out worse than when I walked in.nnI asked at least a dozen times if they can do what I asked for, from a picture. I even called before I went. I said I don't mind paying if Im getting what I want. If not let me know and I won't color my hair.nnI am not happy. They did offer for me to come and fix/ color my hair again the next day. One, I don't want to fry my hair. Two, why didn't they give me what I wanted in the 1st place. What if it turns out worse.nnI believe I deserve a full refund. Mainly because I asked over and over and over.. Am I going to get what I want and they kept assuring me I was. Until I didn't, then came the excuses why It couldn't be done. Something they should have done to begin with.
