Highly recommend joining this gym if you're looking for a fun, personal environment. The staff is very informative and helpful. The equipment is everything you need to achieve your goals. Join!!

As other reviews have already pointed out, the customer service was terrible. After spending $100 to receive personal training for a month - not even having a workout routine made for me, nor receiving access to their training app as promised - and gaining absolutely nothing from it that I couldn't have Googled myself, I decided to cancel my membership. Even after calling the front desk to confirm that my cancellation request had been received and that my subscription would be cancelled, I continued to be charged monthly. When I tried to call to sort it out, they kept telling me that they'd see what they could do and to call back the following week. 4 weeks later I couldn't even get through to the front desk anymore, and attempting to call the owner (Sebastian) directly just resulted in being rudely told to call the front desk and immediately getting hung up on before I could even say more than two words. The whole experience was just shameful, and now I'm having to dispute the charges through my bank instead of just being able to handle it professionally. Terrible customer service, clueless front desk.

Absolutely terrible gym in general. It's overpriced for a dinky little gym, it's incredibly dirty and looks as if they rarely clean and sanitize, and they don't temperature check or enforce a mask policy. You'd probably have a better and more sanitary workout in a dump. I'd give it a zero if I could.

An amazing facility to work out at very low-key and a relaxed atmosphere. Everyone's there is just doing their thing.
