Good customer service, good quality items to choose
Received a Lid's Green bay Packers hat as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately it was an Extra Large and didn't fit. On my day off i drove over to exchange for a smaller size - they didn't have the same hat but had similar ones. I was told I could not exchange but he would give mennme 5.00 for my hat which was bought for 32dollars
Will only give 1 star. Waited in line for hours for a hat that never came!!! Kept promising we would be able to purchase 1. But they never got them in!!! Very disappointed!!! Manager on duty that day. Lied about getting them in!!!
