This review is solely aimed for the elderly grey haired male manager, not the store or it’s associates. I came to the store today, 12/23/20, to buy a last minute gift for my girlfriend. I was looking at the baby yoda ceramic while I couldn’t help but overhead how condescending, demanding, and passive aggressive he was toward the two associates working the floor. I mean he wasn’t even trying to lower his voice making my time in the store feel hostile. He told the younger female associate to, “get out and stop coming behind the counter to hide” after she already asked me and the other five customers if they need any assistance. He could handle that many different ways, but public embarrassment is not one. Other customers even looked over at him the way he was speaking. Employees or not, treat someone the way you want to be treated. On the other hand, the associates were beyond helpful and every nice to talk to. They made sure I was taken care of. Maybe next time I spend money there, I will talk to him the same way and see how far that gets me. I pray management above him, and himself, see this.

Ordered Product online, shipping and processing nightmare. Customer service department was useless in providing any solutions for my delayed shipment, especially after waiting on hold for 45 minutes. I do not recommend using there website to purchase items.

If you are a person looking for graphic tees, this the place for you or a loved one. Comic tees, cartoon tees, Anime tees, hip hop/rock/metal tees. Socks, hats, figures, they just about have it all. I recommend stopping in.

Lauren was awesome.! Her makeup was so cool. Two super nice to me and my kids. We got great horror t-shirts there. Buy 2 get 1 free. They even had the Joker!
