Great customer service with an amazing smile everyday. I go in very often but when I do I never feel unwelcome.nnThe staff and even customer service are very helpful with any issues that may arise. They make it super easy to bank and I'll continue to bank with them for years to come.
Treated me like garbage and were incredibly condesending when I was having an issue, then closed my account without telling me after I left it seems as I can no longer access my account except to make withdrawals. I wouldn't trust this company with a dime now.
When the old location was open, they were great! Since they’ve gone to this location and the manager retired, they’ve dramatically gone downhill. I have had nothing but issues with them and that is why I have now switched to another bank. The staff need serious training at this location.
I have done business and personal banking with this branch for the last year and a half and I would recommend this branch to anyone that lives in the area. The staff here are incredible and so kind and I always felt valued.
