Long wait through the drive thru
I’ve been going to this location for a very very long time and have never once had a bad experience.nEvery employee has always been so kind to me and will spark up conversation and be so kind a and genuine. The last couple of days they’ve been out of so much stuff and they still helped us find replacements. Also to everyone complaining about the wait time. This is a super busy location and everyone only uses the drive thru, of course there’s gonna be a wait! They’re doing the best they can!
I love going to Starbucks but I hate waiting in a 17 to 25 person line they need to make more Starbucks with Windows so we can spread it out a little just a suggestion otherwise everything was wonderful my coffee frappuccino was awesome thank you again Starbucks on Theodore and route 59 South

I’m giving them 2 stars because their baristas are always friendly, but they get no stars for always being slow and backed up with customers. And for always being out of stuff. You open the Starbucks app to order and half the items are out of stock at this store on a regular basis. It’s ridiculous, as busy as this location is, they need to keep their supplies properly stocked to keep up with the demand.
