There nice and polite and they try to make there customers happy! And very fast service and not a lot of mess up so that’s a great thing. Hopefully they keep that atmosphere. Great customer service! Great Job Team.
This review is solely for Aiden, who took our order through the drive through. Not only was he so fun to talk to, he sounded as if he were a sports announcer! (Usually late night mcdonalds runs are very boring, this was a very pleasant surprise!) he was patient, clear, and concise. And made our night all the more better. This man deserves a raise asap!!!!
Good service fast made good and they had like 20 cars in the drive threw be proud
Terrible location. I don't understand how this location cannot process an order correctly. This has gone on for years. Owned by the same management company as a couple of other locations in the area and this site just can't get it together. Waited at window for 10 minutes waiting for a sundae while my food sat next to me getting cold and couldn't even drink my drink because I got no straw. It shouldn't be this hard
We've tried many different meals at Uptown and never been disappointed!
