Its pretty pricey but I still love Gloria Jeans. Especially the chocolate sprinkles! My drink was a little too sweet but we both enjoyed them anyway!
Went there today and bought two drinks. They are both filled with coffee grounds. I have called for two hours now and the phone has been busy I paid 13.18 for two disgusting undrinkable drinks.
I love Gloria jeans products, but since they brought it back at the Joliet mall the service has been very inconsistent. Most of the time when I stop in the workers are not present or are busy on their phones ignoring customers. I just got charged over $7 for a chiller in my OWN cup which only holds 24oz. Also I understand for sanitary reasons why food and beverage places don’t offer refills but the worker tried to argue with me that my cup was a Starbucks cup and they couldn’t refill it. But then I said no it’s from target they agreed to refill it. I just hope the manager helps encourage consistency at this establishment because I love Gloria jeans !
the girl who was working 1pm july 6 2020 louis joliet location. her hair was touching the blender while she was putting the ingredients in the blender. had an unexpected long wait. wasnt wearing mask on face fully.
Still craving that pumpkin pie drink they had for the season.
