Jamille Kent did not seem to know what she was doing. She refused to finish my taxes because I didn’t have a 5498. I told her I didn’t need it now, it wasn’t available yet. She reluctantly continued only when my investment banker called me to verify that those forms go out after filing season. Then she wanted me to make another appointment because she used so much time over the 5498.
