Came to buy a TV. The size and brand we wanted wasn't around the display models so I asked for help; Alex H. Arrived shortly after. Alex was patient and helpful, making multiple runs to the rear to confirm our options. After all was said and done he used a flatbed roller to bring the TV to our car up front and helped us load it. Thanks again Alex.
When I did curbside it was great and the people who work there were very polite and caring.
I came in to pick up a mini fridge my boss bought for our Ubreakifix store in Mokena and Ian was such a blessing. He carted the mini fridge outside for me and even took it out of the box because it wouldn't fit. And then he cut off the barcode from the box so that if there were any issues we could return it. Thank you sincerely for helping me put it in my car. Ian is amazing and deserves a raise!!!
Orders are always correct, no minimum needed for curbside pickup, associates are always friendly, app easy to use, great selection & quick pick up
The store near my home is always clean and well organized. Parking is good.
