I had an amazing experience at Diamond FormalWear this week. First I found they had a great selection of cool looks, tuxes that would make anyone feel special. Dominic helped me and got me fitted perfectly. I’m not a typical size, or length, but he took the extra time to make sure I looked like a million books. I haven’t rented a tuxedo in many years, but I have to admit I have never had such a positive experience, or looked as good. Diamond Formalwear rocks!
I bought my wedding tuxes here last year and the owner was awesome to work with. He was patient with the bride who changed her mind quite a few times about tie colors. He also gave us a great deal and threw in thank you cards as well. Would recommend this place to anyone.
Got to this store right when it opened looking to rent/buy tuxedos. It was 10 minutes before a staff member even said a word to us and even when we finally conversed, we were told that she was going to get a person to help us. We stood there for another 20 minutes with the staff ignoring us not saying a word. We left and went to another store. I’m sure they are good when there is only one person there. But if there is a person there other than your party I would not recommend you to go.
Needed to be fitted for a tux, for an out of state event. Went here and was greeted by a very nice gentleman. He did a great job with my measurements and was very professional! Highly recommend
