100 stars for Ray because 5 stars aren’t nearly enough!!!! I had lifts put on my shoes at another shoe repair shop. Well the measurement I was given was too much and they needed to be adjusted. The shop that did the work told me they would have to start from scratch they couldn’t trim them down. Anyway when I had the right measurement I took the shoe in and asked if he could remove some of the lift. I took it to Ray and he was able to trim it down he didn’t have to start from scratch. Needless to say as long as Ramons is open I will take all my shoes there for repair. Friendly people who care about their customers.

My sister and I were driving home when the wind picked up and the storm hit. We pulled off the road to take shelter. Tori welcomed us to take shelter in her store. She really took good care of us - she was so calm and assuring. What a wonderful young lady. I would highly recommend this store.

I needed the zipper replaced on my leather jacket and my leather repair shop had closed last year. Then I remembered an old friend had told me about Ramon’s. I took my jacket in and met Ramon and Connie for the first time and felt like I was in the right place for a good job. Good doesn’t begin to describe it ! It looked like it hadn’t been touched! He did such an amazing job you can’t even tell it’s not the original zipper! They say you get what you pay for but I think you get more than that from Ramon’s! I’ll be sending my.friends to see him from now on ! Thanks Ramon for the great quality of work and service !nBrado
