Just want to say what a great experience we had getting our first travel trailer from here.nnWe had been looking for a camping travel trailer for sometime. When we stopped in, we were greeted warmly by Laura.nnLaura walked the family through the lot of trailers answering our questions and showing us the options of each trailer. Two days later we had chosen the Puma bunkhouse. Can't say enough about how well she took care of us.nnWhen we picked it up, Randy, our tech, walked us (inside and out) through everything, carefully explained and answered our questions. While Randy was finishing up the prep we went into the sales retail area and Terry walked us through the must haves and a few things that we might also like to start off with.nnWhen Randy had finished we did a final walk around and safety check then he got me on my way.nnLet me say, EVERYONE we encountered here was friendly and so very helpful. FANTASTIC focus on customer service and satisfaction.nnIf you are looking to get a travel trailer please stop by and check them out.nnThank you Laura, Randy, Terry, and Tom (finance department).

Horrible! Service department is a joke. I had to bring my whole furnace in on my own. Been two weeks still not fixed I bought a 2019 puma called several times for the model number of the furnace. Was just going to buy a new one online, Josh the “service manager” will not get back to you. This place is a joke parts are “on backorder” they just tell you what you want to hear. The camper is stationary and the furnace maybe had 20 hours of use out of it. We don’t camp in the winter. And this is under warranty. And for them to send someone out was 350.00. And I asked what a new furnace would cost me because I really don’t want to deal with the headaches of a probably not going to get fixed correctly furnace and they want 1,100 if I were to purchase a new one. Worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life.

Great experience! Worked with Tim, he was up front and honest about the unit I was looking at. Spoke with him and looked the unit over in the morning and returned in the afternoon to make the purchase.
