I recently looking at new used car at Frankort Auto Haus and had a very positive experience. The sales team helped me right away, answered my questions, and never pressured me. They let me test drive a number of well maintained vehicles and all were fairly priced. I have been doing research for months now on a few different models that I looked at.
I went in looking for a lesser priced car and was surprised to be treated like a King! The salesman showed me the car and was not pushy and real friendly. Later I talked to Kevin the owner and he assured me that I was getting a great deal.This place was far better than any of the local dealers on US 30 ! Love my Civic !!
I have been looking for a Ford Raptor for months. Most dealers haven't taken me seriously. They've talked down to me or asked if I could make the decision. I talked to the owner, Kevin and he was more than courteous. He took the time to show me the extras on the truck and how they worked. Couldn't have been easier. Love this place!!!
Just bought another car from the Auto Haus. Jeff is a great guy. Super honest and looked out for our best interest in choosing the right vehicle for my daughter for xmas. Always great service! I trust them 100% . This is our third vehicle from them within the past few years. All being very reliable. I do all my service updates at the shop there . The mechanic is very knowledgeable and i never have to worry about being ripped off like other shops. Really good guys. Fast , honest, and very polite!
