Talk about a satisfied customer!nCompletely amazed at the professional, efficient customer service skills. This dealership really makes you feel like family and not your typical dealership. Upon arrival Ahmad the very efficient sales representative greeted me by my first and last name (we have been talking for a few days over email in regards of a vehicle) that instantly made me feel warm! He took his time to help inspect the vehicle, provided me with all the information I would need prior to purchasing a vehicle... man, let’s just say I left with a new car ... not a Huge down payment (even with credit issues!!!!) and very reasonable monthly payments. The dealership is all around friendly, helpful and I will definitely speak high of this dealership and refer them to anyone who is looking for a vehicle ... FROM KALAMAZOO, MI 3 hours away! I am a satisfied customer!

From Kalamazoo, MI my friend referred my wife and I to this dealership — upon arrival I was greeted with the most outstanding respect! Five stars from me! A firm handshake and a smile. The customer service was outstanding and they really do not make you feel bad about bad credit or any derogatory on your credit. They sure make purchasing a car easy along with some good laughs. This dealer ship deserves the 5 star review as I purchased my Escalade from this dealership today such a smooth process.

I went with my daughter today to Frank fort car outlet. These people were not your typical dealers. They made the transaction so simple for my daughter as a mother I felt so at ease and happy that this dealership made it easy for her as she was turned down time after time for a vehicle. They do not judge you nor make you feel bad about your credit history (etc) just want to tell This dealership thank you, thanks for making it a easy sail for my daughter today!

If you are looking for a reliable used car I highly recommend I purchased a 2008 Buick Enclave last year I haven’t had any major problems. I went back this year to purchase another vehicle that I know for a fact will be worth every bit of my money I purchased a 2007 Acura I’m so in love with my truck!!! If I can give 100 stars I would thank y’all for blessing my family not once but twice!!! Anytime I need a car I will be coming to you guys!

Was referred to Cordell and Danny by one of my friends who recently bought a car from them. Everything he told me was true, easy to work with, and I got a great deal on my new to me 2014 Honda accord. I highly recommend to everyone, you won't be disappointed at this place.
