Whoever was making breakfast at about 9:30am today (4/7), was ON POINT. Best Mcmuffin I've had in my whole life. Give that cook a raise! I've not always had great experiences at this location, but honestly, that sandwich just changed my whole outlook on life. Please tell me where I continue to review this experience! I'm thinking about getting a billboard!

Peggy at the drive thru window is always so happy and cheerful, she really makes my mornings. So many people are just so grouchy and rude in the morning and she really brightens my day. She always remembers my order and always has a smile on her face, she is really a wonderful example of a star employee and a prime example of wonderful customer service. Thanks for getting my days started right Peggy!

I gave them 5 stars because when I ordered here on Tuesday which was the 26th, I accidentally ordered something twice and did not mean to. They were extremely nice and said it was no problem to refund me. They made sure it was okay that I got my refund in cash, which I told them it was fine to make it easier on them. They handled it professionally and fast. I was very pleased with my visit since my visit at the other location in Frankfort is not the best and I refuse to go to that one. Even though this is out of my way, it is WORTH it because of how the employees treat the customers. Maybe the manager here could teach the other Frankfort location a thing or two. The manager on duty deserves some recognition, I visited around 3:30 p.m. I wish I caught her name, but she was fantastic! I haven’t been having the best days lately and she simply made it better because of her act of kindness and professionalism. Keep doing great! This will now be my go to Mcdonald’s! No doubt.

I ordered off of the app for the first time. It was so easy. Except I forgot to order a drink and sent another order in. All of my food was brought out at the same time. Easy peasy
