Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

This Urban Air was great. I mostly do reviews based on the experience,not this time around I was impressed by the upkeep and the Covid 19 sanitary service that was consistent throughout the facility. I’ve never been to a children’s amusement facility where it was constantly cleaning of equipment seating just making sure families where being safe while the kid’s enjoyed themselves. I saw management on the floors at all time’s being consistent checking on families it was such a great experience. I will definitely be back.nAlso the sleeping kid’s on the ride home speaks volume they had a wonderful time.

I went Monday night with my daughter. The place is amazing and very clean. The girl at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful on what to get!nThe manager I think her name was Victoria was great! My daughter was scared to play at first but she talked to her and even volunteered to go and jump with her to show her it wasn’t scary. She ended up having a blast and asking when we can come back! Having someone take the time to make my daughter feel comfortable makes all the difference.! Definitely will be going back. Great Job!

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Spent too much money for kids to be running about and having a free for all. This place is a waist of money and you should not go here. Unless you are the people who are disrespectful and don’t pay attention to your kids and cause this terrible behavior. The staff was always talking to each other and not doing their jobs at all. So maybe if you got better staff members that will keep the kids on track and make sure they follow the rules. I will never come to this place again because of how awful this place is. Don’t forget there is a pandemic going on and nothing was being sanitized. Overall worst experience I’ve ever had ever in my entire life.

This place was nice but way too crowded especially since we're in the middle of a pandemic (Went on Saturday March 6th 2021). Lots of people with masks half up or none at all. The attractions they had were really cool however certain attractions were not to organized when it came to how many people could play at once. Overall it's a fun place for kids and teenagers 5yrs and up

Very clean, the staff are well trained, I called twice before going in there to make sure what option is good for my kids, Madison was very polite she was explaining to me everything that I had questions about. When we first got in there the person who attended us was making sure we understood how things work in there and what best for my kids age.nHonestly seen a Business with highly trained employees makes me very happy and I make sure always to congratulate who ever is in charge because I know exactly what it take to build a good crew like the one I saw today.nKeep up the good works guys.!!!!
