Their customer service leaves much to be desired. I needed service right away and totally understand that they could not provide it because they were busy. But they at least need to thank somebody for seeking their services. They just sat there, waiting for me to leave, which created an uncomfortable situation for me, as a customer who does not know them personally.nAdvise: Next time thank the customer for stopping by and provide some alternatives.nMuchas gracias, pero no vuelvo más.

The owner was super friendly and helped me tons. I'm so grateful for them in helping me with finding my dream car. The staff are super friendly and they're willing to jump in and help you out with all your needs. I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family. Don't go anywhere else. All my future business will be with these guys for sure!

When looking for a used car for a relative we wanted to make sure she was not taken advantage of.nnWe went to Knowlton Motors and Jim was very nice and helpful. There were a few minor items we requested they check out prior to our purchase. They had taken care of them by noon the next day.nnWhen he told her the trade-in value of her car she had a huge smile and said “Sold!” They offer fair prices for buying and trading in your car.nnRod was very helpful when doing the paperwork. It was so convenient to be able to have all of the necessary steps taken care of at their location.nnSuper quick, friendly service!

They were amazing. Jim is great and understanding. He was able to find me a vehicle that works best for me and my budget. If I have any questions he knew them. Will definitely be working with him for now on when I'm ready for my next vehicle.
