Super quick oil change! Thank you!ud83dude0annI was experiencing a slow leak and I start a new job on Monday. I couldn't find anyone to take a look at it the same day. It was a very cold day when we went to test drive a used vehicle at Bocker. I called ahead of time to notify Ben (our sales person) that we were on our way. He had the car running and waiting for us to take it on a test drive. When we returned, we made Ben aware of our concerns about the vehicle. Ben brought the car to the mechanics who quickly fixed one of our concerns. Then, Ben asked me for an offer. I gave it. Ben left for about 10 minutes and returned with the invoice with the price I requested and the taxes and other fees. It was that simple. What an accommodating group of people there at the Bocker dealership.

Melissa was helpful or it was Gretchen but either way they were both amazing and BOCKER did a good job on the paint and body work. The car looks new and as if it was untouched like nothing ever happened PAINT GUY MUST BE A PAINT GOD. It just looks amazing! Makes me turn around and look at it every time I walk away from the car like you should. Thank you!

Friendlny and helpful. I keep coming back.nnLast appointment not up to high standards. To many appointments at 9:00. Needed a ride home so I could get to work. Didn't work out time wise even when it was known ahead of time.nService dept. appointment scheduler not friendly over the phone.nEnded up taking my truck back home, no repair done.

Ben and everybody else at Bocker GMC did a great job for us. We checked with a couple other local GM dealers in our area one didn’t even offer to search for the vehicle we were asking for when they didn’t have one on their lot and the other said he would call back once he had a chance to check for the vehicle and after a week and a half I never received a callback. From the moment I called and spoke with Ben he was very professional and willing to take the time to look for the vehicle my wife and I specifically wanted and delivered with everything we asked for. We will no doubt recommend all our friends and family to Bocker and it will certainly be our first choice when we go to look for another vehicle.
