Both Freeport locations are great. Love our stores. Friendly customer service and wait times have never been long. The food is always good.
I stopped in I know restaurants are feeling the crunch from covid, my order had a small error. I just wanted a new top bun but the manager insisted on making a new one. I was treated well and the food was good.
The food was properly prepared, and the service was quick and friendly. The way fast food is supposed to be.
Hot sandwich, cold fries...could have been more consistent
Price is normal for the franchise, and the time from order-to-window is average. A note about food temps; other McDonald's stores have similar prep times with hotter food temps. But, this franchise serves the food at warm (not hot) temperatures.
