We've been here forever. Got unit when I was in my 20s and now I'm in my 50s.
The woman who runs this business is extremely rude. She acts like helping you is a complete waste of her time. Our unit reeked of cat pee when we moved our stuff in. We also had items stolen from our unit.
I've rented two units for several years here. Never had any issues. Great customer service and reasonable prices.
horrible customer service. The lady is very rude. They were closed the day we were to have our stuff out of storage and so we had to wait until the next day and they charged us for another month. I had to call 4 times and beg for my money back and she was completely rude. I went there to get my refund and it was 10 minutes before they closed and she got in her truck and left. It took me 3 times of going there to actually catch her (i would call before hand and tell her I was coming). I do not recommend them!
