Manager on duty was extremely rude!! When we walked in the clearly marked door that said carry out and drive through he rudely asked if our vehicle was too large for the drive through to which we replied we had multiple orders he then yelled for an employee to come from the back to take our orders calling her sweetie and babe. He was clearly overwhelmed with the drive through constantly yelling at his employees very loudly and wouldn't acknowledge us at all the food was sub par for hardees probably due to the manager constantly screaming at his employees...the girl who took our order was very helpful and polite especially considering her boss is such a rude obnoxious Jerk. I would definitely consider getting a new manager my co workers and i have never felt so unwanted and uncomfortable in a fast food restaurant in our lives.
Certain crews (Weekend early breakfast) limited my rating because on more than one occasion, our orders (cold greasy hash browns, burnt biscuits, Double Loaded Omelette Biscuits looked like a single) weren't up to the normal standards. I will say, management promptly made it right the next morning.
Just had a bunch of teeth pulled last week and I finally got to eat today and it was amazing.Food was fresh and good
Food was good, but waited in drive-thru for 30 minutes and there were only a few cars ahead of me.
Love this place. I go here almost every night after work and this lady Becky is the best service I've ever had. So awesome. Thanks for a great experience Becky.
