I would not recommend this place! My daughter got a chicken bowl and it was mostly gravy with a little of everything else. I got a large Mac n cheese and there was gravy on the inside of the lid and we had chicken tender pieces in with our fries.(we didn’t order chicken tenders)The lady who took our order was wearing a ripped up dirty sweatshirt so if that’s the front line person I can only imagine what the rest of the crew looks like. It was my first time ordering from this KFC and it will definitely be my last! I’m hoping there’s some kind of management that will step in and fix the place, what a shame.

Staff was nice but they forgot to put my chicken tenders in my bag and didn’t put any of the sauces that I wanted in my bag either. So I paid $30 for a $20 fill up with no useable sauces! Make sure you check your bag this is the second time this is happened to me. If there is a next time I’m going to wait in line and pull out every piece to make sure that it’s right.

Chicken and service always good. My complaint is their biscuits. Half the time they are underdone at this store and doughy in the middle. Brown them on the bottom,lightly tan is underdone!

I ordered 12 tenders and the drive-thru person asked if I wanted the $20 fill-up, which I took. I received 4 decent tenders and the rest were hard inedible 1 1/2 to 2 inch scraps. Very disappointed.
