I will update this review if the issue gets resolved. One toy we purchased lasted us about 6 months before it stopped working, so my fiancé and I came in on Friday spent over $100 on a brand new product and the charger is broken it has to be bent a certain way to charge and the charge won't hold. The number I called on google for your store went to like a fax machine. The toy offers a 1 year warranty and says to go to a website that literally is under maintenance. Pretty upset, would appreciate this actually getting resolved. Otherwise we just bought $120 paperweight

Have to say I can only rate this a 4 but I guess it's good enough. Being said it's a good place to find what your looking for if your trying to get your rocks off or whatever the case. The stories I've heard inside the store will remain sealed but other than my only concern maybe move the destination somewhere else. I don't think being across from the city link bus station is putting a good impression on these guys let alone big Al's but that's another story. Always stop in time to time when I have the money but other than that great place to be if your looking for something in particular.

Always the best selection with the most up to date products as well as some of the Classics, the staff is very knowledgeable and professional and willing to answer any questions or offer advice in a mature manner...
