Got 2 cars and they are really good shape and running great. Travel out of town twice a month
Shellie is AMAZING! We live 45 minutes away from peoria so I wanted to make sure it would be worth the drive. She had excellent communication before we even got there. We got there late afternoon the first night. We test drove 2 cars before picking out the one we got. By the time both test drives were done and the loan application was done it was like 7pm. Shellie stayed passed closing to help us get started. She said she would have answer by the next day. once we got the approval we headed back to peoria. She once again stayed past closing to finish everything and get us on the road with our new car!nnShe was so good with our 3 year old!! He was all over the place and she interacted with him and played with him so we could get the paperwork done!! BEST customer service we have seen! Thanks again for everything Shellie!
