My old car was on it's last leg (11 years old). I went in to get anything I could get approved for as my credit isn't the best and Norm was extremely helpful! I really wanted the 2014 Ford Escape but was certain I wouldn't qualify for it. Surprise! I was! All in all the process took under 2 hours and I was on my way in my awesome new car! I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Norm and Jerry are the best!

I just bought my first car ever today and Tom Smith made the whole process wonderful. I came in extremely overwhelmed by my terrible credit and low funds and he did not quit until he found me a Chevy Cruse in my price range. He totally made the impossible possible and I felt no judgement at all. It was a great experience and I am so glad I am no longer driving around in a death trap. Thanks so much Tom!!

We bought our car 1 week ago. I waited to give my review because when you first purchase your vehicle you are excited and happy with what you picked out. I wanted to make sure we would still be pleased a week later, and we are! I have to say that the salesman we met, Tom Smith, went above and beyond our expectations! I called him when we were finally ready to finalize purchasing a vehicle and he even came back in after he had already left for the day. He stayed in contact with us even on his days off and always got answers for us when we had questions! They don't shove their choices on to you, they let you pick and test drive what you are interested in and they work with you. Joel in the finance department is great too! They truly take their time to help you get the best deal. So yes, it's been a week since we made our purchase and we are still excited to show it off and love our choice with the vehicle and dealership! I highly recommend Sam Leman Pekin. P.s. Ask for Tom!
