My experience with this dealership is more than favorable! From the first phone call and over 3 hours drive away on a Saturday to finishing my car buying experience that same day. My wife and I were looking for a used vehicle for her. At first the salesman was very nice, but when we requested to chat with the used car manager over a certain vehicle.. he quoted us a price on the car for 11,900.00. We wanted to think about it for the night. My wife tried several times to chat once again with the used care manager... with no return calls on his part. The salesman then said the car is $12,900. Totally got the run around from the 2 representatives we met. Hell the used care manager didn't even wear a mask when talking with us... total disrespect....you lost our business....
Lynn in the service department provided exemplary service to me when I came in for a recall on my van yesterday. She made sure we were well taken care of. The driver took myself and baby home and was really kind and nice to chat with. I’m thrilled with their service departments customer service!!!
Had interest in 3 vehicles here, called down there and requested a salesman we had used 4 years ago in purchasing a truck which went great! Not so much this time was told we would get pictures of the one vehicle it has now been three weeks still nothing even reached out again, read the text no reply! Lost our business!!
My experience here at uftring was very good. I felt zero pressure and everything was above board and transparent. Will definitely do business with them again. From start to finish a great experience.
