The check in process was good know this first they allow some trucker's to back up there own trailer to a dock or they will have you drop the trailer and the yard Dog will take it from there in My case the yard dog took My trailer and so My two Gripes about this place is that after they were done unloading My trailer I did not get the phone call to let Me know that it was done it was probably done like for like 2 hours before I got out to look for it and find that out also I had to go back to the shipper to get them to return My 3 load locks so do look for your load locks first before driving off also existing be mind full to swing extra left or right depending on witch direction you are going.

As a local Gide I have to give the correct information to public, and all the truckers loading/unloading here. I came here at 3pm my appointment is at 9pm they told me come back at 8:30 pm so I did, they gave me a door and said run your refrigerator at -10F so I did. At 3 am they started to load me, that means for 6 1/2 hours I ran my refrigerator with open doors for nothing!. Why make an appointment at 9pm if you start to load 6 1/2 hours later! ? I put two stars just because the lumper guy was a good guy. Looks like he was the only lumper for the whole night, company please take this into your consideration to hire more employees or do what you gotta do, to keep everyone happy!. WE AS TRUCKERS BRING GOODS/FOOD ON TIME!. Please do your part to unload/Load us as you say on the appointment time.

I had a 10:30 pm delivery appointment time. I got here at 8:30 and was told to come back no sooner than 10. I got back at 10:20 and was given a door, told to back in, leave some room, the attendant would come break my seal, back into door and when they were done unloading they’d bring my paperwork out. I was unloaded and paperwork in hand in under an hour! Overall a terrific experience. I only gave 4 starts instead of five for no staging area. There are plenty of truck stops within a 5 mile radius, including a Petro with over 400 spaces available so there ya go.

Check-in was quick. Had to wait fir 15 min for them to come and break the seal. Unloading in an hour. But took them another half hour to bring the signed pod and gladhand lock. So unnecessary waiting
