Very polite & friendly.. but extremely slow. Showed up 40min. before my appointment. There were a long line of trucks & one security guard to check people in & out. Waited an hour to get checked in.. then I was told I was late. It took 4+ hours to get unloaded.. avoid if possible or show up 2hours early..
Friendly an accommodateing
On time pickup, two hour load up only a handful employees to load out with patience is virtue.
Loaded on a Saturday. Friendly and helpful staff. Took about an hour. Stop at the little stop sign, call the number displayed in order to get a door assignment. Traffic is one way. Turn left when you pull out from the dock.
Typical 2 hr loading time. Not a bad place. Guard shack is currently down. You go through the gate park in a parking spot by door 23 and check in at there little shack. Check in takes between 10-15 mins. Slide your tandems to the rear they open and shut doors from the inside of the building. They will call you when your paperwork is ready even if you get a green light they will call you when you paperwork is ready. Drive safe drivers!!
