Other than the trailer not being ready to drop & hook, ended up live loading with current trailer. It was great! They ladies that checked me in were brilliant.

WORST AMERICOLD IN USA!!! CANCEL THE LOAD!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! 12 hours for 11 pallets!!! Slow and lazy people here!!! Second time here and again big problems!!! Whole day wasted. Never again!! This place must be disbanded! THis people only collect money from drivers for late fees and pallets!! Shame for America ud83cuddfaud83cuddf8 business like this

If I could give a place 0 stars I would. Only good thing about this place is they have a nice staging area and plenty of room to maneuver. Thats it. Arrived at 2100 for 2200 appointment. Got a door at midnight, but wait there's still a truck there they said would be gone. Truck didnt leave until I called the security office to ask why he still hadn't moved. Finally get docked, but I didn't get loaded until 0700. They didn't even start until 0600 so once they start itd pretty quick, but you'll burn through your clock waiting.

If dispatched a load here again I will decline it thank goodness were not forced dispatched.nThis place is not at all on my sites to revisit especially when you're trying to get unloaded and get out of here before a snow storm hits the area.nnJust some info for my fellow truckers as I know the management or owners of this company don't read or care if the did read these reviews so if you're a trucker and you've never been here and you're offered a load here....stay away they will eat up your clock and be happy for all of your troubles.nnGave 2 stars because they at least have good space available and nearby truck parking.
