If I could leave 0 stars I would. Last year we needed to downsize for a few months while we house hunted. We moved the majority of our belongings into one of these units. I have in the pasted used self storage for years and never had a problem. I put our things in June 19', I went back into the unit in October to look for some holiday decorations and instead found mold. Mold everywhere! I spoke with the owner and requested that some weather stripping be added or replaced on the bottom of the door as there was a pretty big gap. He claimed I needed to move my things into a climate controlled unit which costs double. We chose to fill our garage top to bottom front to back and our house the same just to get out of his terrible unit. Never in my life did I believe that 4 months in a storage unit could cause so much damage.
