Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience storing my belongings. It was the first time I’ve ever stored anything before & was nervous but the owner was very accommodating & made the process easier than I could imagine. Very nice & personable. Making payments was simple & never a hassle. Would highly recommend.
I've done business with Atkins for over three years now and I haven't had any issues with my things stored there. I am in the military and I am away from my storage unit for months on end and everything is just as I left it when I get back. Customer service is great the owner is a good guy, very friendly and works with me since i am out of state when I call him to pay over the phone. Another plus about this place is the large 10x20s are ground level which is awesome for storing motorcycles or antique cars.
Love atkins storage!! The owner is super sweet and easy to get along with. I highly recommend this storage center over anyone else! There have been many times I was late with payment he worked with me many times and there have been a few times he had to lock it until I paid (ITS HIS JOB) but when I paid he had the lock off within minutes. I've been blessed to have rented from Atkins storage!
This is an excellent place to store your belongings. I've been with Atkins for a year and rented several different units. I've had no problems whatsoever with the units or the owner. Mr Atkins has been more than fair with me.
Had a locker for less than a month and it leaked terribly. Actually had standing water in one of the storage boxes I used. Ruined several items I had stored. Nice guy but very sketchy as he wouldn't even give me a copy of the rental document I signed. Go with a known reputable company instead.
