Took my perfectly fine running car for a body repair more than 2 weeks ago and it has been one nightmare after another my car was not repaired properly, so I left it to be redone when I returned it wouldn't run at all after being told they dont know what happen they called and said it was a software issue and mine to pay for ro the tune if $300 after going back and forth I just said just fix it and give me my car I'll pay eventhough it's not my fault something happen during that repair and they know it, I take really good care of my car and it had no problems until they disassemble it ,but even after the so call software update my car still has not been returned now they are saying it's my battery, not to mention I had just had my call checked out and everything was fine before I gave it to them and my car will give you warnings alerts about almost everything that is going wrong to some degree which is why I chose BMW these people make me rethink the quality of my car with all their so called things that just happen all of a sudden, going on three weeks and I'm still dont have my car back ,this place is an hour and a half away from me and I was told my car was ready and I drove there twice to a unfinished job and a car nowhere near what I gave them, I went there because I thought if it was with a BMW dealer it would be repaired properly turned out I'm left feeling like I took my car to an alley mechanic and it's still I'm the alley.

Terrible quality control! Frame wasn’t fix correctly the first time and it was only found because I was changing my own oil. They blamed the worker and fired him. Then they would scratch my car and I had some recent work done on it and they showed me how this place didn’t use primer before putting paint down. It’s a shame they advertise themselves as BMW certified body shop because they’re far from it! Took forever, kept me in the dark about everything unless I called them and the 3rd time I brought it in they didn’t even give me a print out of the work they did! Please avoid this place and learn from my mistakes!!!

Knauz Auto Body’s Customer Service is night and day from the BMW Service Dept. Very disappointing experience with terrible communication. Rep acts like it’s an inconvenience when I call when I haven’t received one phone call with an update or status as I’ve had to call and follow up. Find a different BMW dealership.

I’ve had several BMWs and most recently my Mercedes repaired here and each experience has been great. The staff are always helpful and polite, and Diane behind the front desk is wonderful. They keep up with the insurance companies to make sure repairs are done promptly. They do high quality work every time, I don’t go anywhere else for body work on my luxury cars.
