Jack, help to get big extra space
Kayla was very helpful. Very calm. Good front office people.
Avoid Public Storage, a dishonest and dishonorable company that gouges customers with huge rent increases. After 6 months they raised my monthly rent from $170 to to $193. After another 7 months, they raised it to $215. That’s a 26% increase in a little over a year. Outrageous! They could not provide any justification for these exorbitant increases. I am taking my business elsewhere. This predatory behavior is especially unpardonable during the pandemic and economic crises.
Kayla was extremely nice and helpful in finding the right size storage unit for us and getting us set up. Great customer service and a very nice facility!
