I am so done with Amazon. I left notes for the drivers to follow because of how my address is. Only 1 driver followed the directions. The rest just delivered my packages to the wrong place. Customer service had me update my location to help the drivers out and they still failed to deliver my packages! Even my replacement packages! Yet only ONE driver followed direction given so I can get my packages! I hate Amazon so much!
Great staff and always on time to start flex delivery drivers.
They keep delivering to the wrong address after specific instructions were made. It’s not the first time they’ve done this multiple times with every package. Then they have the audacity send it to me again but it’ll arrive 4 days later. Why the actual do I pay prime for then! So annoyed I’m ready to call it the worst place!
I left two very easy and detailed instructions to call me when they arrived and to walk in through the front door of my job which was closed. I didn't wait almost 2 hours to have some illiterate driver not follow either instruction and for me to miss out on a time sensitive shipment. It says the couldn't deliver the package and I was literally 10 feet from the door. WHAT KIND OF DRIVERS ARE YOU HIRING? CAN I APPLY??
My time withDCH4 was positive experience, most coworkers were helpful and fun. Some thought they were untouchable. All in all, delivery station has best work environment.
