I had some drywall patching done and was very satisfied with Conway Drywall And Painting. The specialist was reasonable, professional in his work, cleaned up good, courteous & on time. We had a slab leak and had to run new pipes through the wall and ceiling. Very competitive quote and decided to go with the job. The quality of the work was great and he finished the job in a few hours. The job looks great and matches my texture perfect. I will use him again & recommend him to anyone needing drywall.

When the crew finished the work, they cleaned the entire area well. The workmanship was very good. John gave us a logical estimate before the job and they stuck to it. Had a not so great experience with a drywaller in my basement that was recently finished. Worked it out with him, turns out he sent a couple guys that aren’t his normal hangers. Wasn’t a big deal and the owner agreed the quality wasn’t good enough to be covered with mud and a few pieces would have to be replaced. I offered to cover the cost of purchasing more drywall to accomplish this and paid him for all their time. He said he would send his normal hangers but they only work weekends and it would be a month before they could come back. I reached Out to Conway for a quote to try and get the project done sooner. After explaining to the gentleman my experience, he said he would not be coming to quote the basement because he was concerned over me “firing” the last guy. I tried explaining the details and that nobody was fired, it was more a timing issue. He repeatedly interrupted and never gave me the opportunity to explain that. I tried Calling the office and explaining this. They apologized and sent it to customer service. Received a call from that person. He pushed it up to technician manager. After conferring with that person, he called me back and said that all their technicians were either on vacation or too busy. It was evident that they were not too busy but they just simply didn’t want to do the job. At no point did i act unreasonably, raise my voice, etc. It was just a bizarre experience all around. Was really shocked by it all.
