I called to arrange a repair appointment by phone. After explaining I needed to clean up old wiring in an electrical connection box, I was provided a cost estimate and appointment which was reasonable and agreeable. Empire Electrical sent the electrician to perform the work on our agreed appt date and he started the work after a short discussion on the scope. He completed the work in a professional manner and within the estimated time period. I am a happy and satisfied customer because I know my home electrical system is safer now. I highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work.
BEST customer service! I contacted David Empire Electrical from a google search. They spent 10 minutes on the phone getting detailed information about the 4 lights/chandeliers I needed installed and were flexible with my busy work schedule. They hung a pendant in my kitchen nook, an elaborate led light in the dining room, a 4 ft. crystal chandelier in the foyer and an 8 ft. chandelier in the living room, with 250 crystals. Simply the best among the rest.
James was very professional and beyond helpful in making sure our needs were met as quickly as possible. We were having the entire interior of our house painted and the scheduled start date was moved up a week due to all the rain, he was understanding and ensured us he would get everything taken care of prior to the painters arriving-which he did! We would definitely recommend and we will be using this company in the future!
We moved into our house in 2018 and one of the first things we needed to do was to merge the two electrical systems into one meter and fuse-box. It took less than three weeks from estimate to the project being completed. It was on cost, fairly priced, and the team were very conscious of keeping the house tidy while they did the work. Ever since, whenever we have electrical work to be done we call them, and they're usually available within a day or two! We've had a couple of rooms re-wired since then.
After scheduling a job, I was notified the day before the scheduled electrical work to remind me the electrician was coming and the time within 30 minutes. The electrician showed up right on time ready to estimate the job. After we agreed on the costs the electrician was ready to get started right then! We were used to a contractor estimating a job and notifying us, sometimes a few days later, when they could start work. Not the case with David Empire Electrical ! The electrician was ready to start.
