Best pizza around. True Chicago style deep dish.
Why do i put my vehicle description in the app if it is ignored. I sat in my giant white semi truck taking up 3 parking spaces in direct view of the door. Could see them congregating in there but my pizza sat ready for i dont know how long. Finally checked app and saw it was ready so went and got it myself. No biggie, just anomolous. They were taking pizzas out to other people.
The best Deep Dish Pizza in ALL of Illinois! This place is by far my favorite! Plus they have frozen pies that you can take home and put in the and bake yourself, that cost 1/3 the price of a fresh, hot one and it makes your home smelling mouth watering yummy! Just wish they had a faster wait time on their pizza and that they did more carry out, and had more locations :(. It gets annoying when you have to wait 1 hour to an hour and 30 minutes for a pizza because they get so many requests for their pizza :(. One time our family waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for our pizza before it was ready. I was so hungry when we went to go to pick it up that i ate a slice in the car! So they really should do something about their wait times.
I love Lou's. I grew up with it, but my experience at this location recently was not good. Waited 40 minutes in an overcrowded chaotic parking lot while the app told me my order was ready. The staff did not provide updates. It was a mess..nBut it is a pandemic, so I'll be back and just chalk it up to an unexpected rush.
