Great variety of everything. Excellent quality products and clothing. Stores are always clean and well organized. Staff is second to none. I always enjoy shopping at Macy's all year round. I always love the Christmas displays. You can't get better deals on all your items.
If I could give zero stars I would! I went into this location about a week ago looking for a early bday gift to myself. I'm turning 50 and my husband said go find a nice bag. The help there decided for me I Couldn't afford any of their merchandise and decided to not help me. Apparently if you don't go in wearing your Sunday best dripping in diamonds they don't want to help you!
I love the selection and pricing I get from Macy's. I'll keep coming back.
Easy to get around, not crowded, very nice. Felt like Christmas and safe. Good deals.
Macy's most often has what I need. But there are so many brands I find it somewhat confusing. Though they make their best effort to keep the stores organized, navigating is cumbersome. The stores are clean and the staff, obviously stressed and overworked, remains helpful (not necessarily friendly). But when you need it, they probably have it.
