Went there yesterday, bought some stuff and overall the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. However there was one girl, who would approach you and ask “what are you shopping for today?” which is completely good and fine. However, apparently looking around is not a good answer and she tried to get me to answer her multiple times even though I really was just seeing what they had. She said the same thing to a woman after me and told her “I can’t help you if you won’t answer me” and “I don’t know what you’re shopping for, why don’t you tell me” in a very angry tone. Overall, I’ve just never seen someone be so aggressive about clothes shopping, and it was my first impression walking in.
I had the worst experience at American Eagle.nNo one said hello, the person who checked me out was rude and gave poor customer service.nShe forgot to take the security tag off my pants, and I returned to get it off and got looked at so negatively from another cashier. She asked for my receipt assuming I was stealing.. and didn’t say have a nice day or anything.nIf I was their boss, I would fire them all.nYou won’t be seeing me around.
