I went here about a month ago and I really love the service and the drink the staff had made for me. I thought they had forgotten about me drink but they didn’t! As soon as i was about to ask the barista was asking me if I wanted whipped cream! Great customer service.

Personally I feel like we have been getting better and I honestly apologize for any bad service of messed up drinks but I am truly confused on how everyone wants to leave a bad review about how we might have messed up or the drink being bad but never want to leave a positive review. Lately no one has been commenting on our excellent /or sorta of quick service. We really do try to get the costumer(s) their drinks as quickly as possible and to pass them on their way. All we ask is for positive reviews to get ourselves out of the gutter that the old staff has put us all. All we ask is for you to give us a try. If your drink is messed up, missing or doesn’t taste right just let us know and we’ll fix it or refund without a problem. If we’re out of things just remember that it isn’t our fault. We as workers do our best to please you guys as best as we can. We are very busy on the weekends and tend run out of things even if we order double or triple the amount. At the end of the day we are all human beings and we deserve as much as respect as we give you no matter how rude, pushy or mean you are.n- thank you

Wanted to get a Venti Citrus Defender and the barista looked at me like I spoke a foreign language. So I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and she repeated back coffee latte, I said no pumpkin spice and she repeated coffee latte again.... doesn't pay any attention. Finally I pointed to the board and got what I ordered. This place needs better staffing.

To all the customers that has had bad experience with our Starbucks I want to apologize to everyone in advance. We try our very best to work together as a team and to make sure everyone is taken care of, I apologize for my store being understaffed and also the systems that are always down I know it is very frustrating especially when it is busy but we do try our best to meet to your expectations. I’m sorry that we give you poor customer service and I know there is no excuse about that because I know it’s not the Starbucks way and I wanna apologize about that but we are trying our best I hope you guys understand, we are currently understaffed right now and it does get frustrating sometimes and I’m sorry that we show those actions towards you guys when you guys don’t deserve that we should be giving you guys the best customer service. If your drinks was ever made wrong please don’t be afraid and come up to me I will be more than happy to re make your drink for you my name is Cheilo.

Although most of my experiences at Starbucks are great, two of my friends did not recieve their drinks because they were “lost”. In addition, the line moved very slowly and left you waiting for your drink for a long time. They either need to move quicker or hire new employees.
