Nice staff. Complex menu item names and few decaf options, but we ordered two creative hot coffee drinks and they were delicious. A little pricey, but will go there again.
Great chi and orange tea!! The staff had great suggestion. Love the taste.
Ugh - latte and matcha was good. One of the staff members was SO loud and ridiculous. I usually go to coffee shops to relax and enjoy a caffeinated drink. Not relaxing atmosphere at all.
Only reason it wasn't five is because they weren't really wiping down tables even though it wasn't that busy. Felt kinda gross since people are eating there. Otherwise everything else was great ud83dude0a
We just went into the Vernon Hills location and stated 3 times that it was our first visit and didn’t know the menu at all. The employee simply said, “okay” and offered zero help. Needless to say, we walked out.
