I used to love this place I've been going since the business first started, today I went in about an hour before closing there was a long wait but I waited once there were 2 people before my turn the employee with the dark hair and glasses said they weren't going to serve anymore. The employees were very rude especially the blond girl. I am very disappointed.
ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ARE NOT TRUE! This is an amazing boba stand and the customer service is just amazing! I have never been disappointed by the employees nor the drinks. I and my family are always so pleased to come by and stop by for a tasty drink! These people must have had bad days and twisted the story a bit, but no one I’ve ever known has ever had a bad experience! Today was still awesome and I enjoyed the boba I got today :))
The milk tea is so refreshing, I stop here every time I visit the mall!
Had us wait in line for over 40 minutes just for them to let us know one minute before closing time that they were not gonna serve us anymore. The new guy there was very disrespectful-- we've gone countless times to this location 20, even TEN minutes before closing time and they still served us once the clock hit 6 or 7. Horrible customer service this time. Very disheartening since we come to get drinks from here very often. We are very angry and will not be returning.
Great drinks, but there are unhappy/rude people working.
