Busy drive through when I went, made it through rather quickly
Great service... Wonderful Baristas
Staff was so rude and unprofessional at this location! Never coming here again! placed my coffee order tired to redeem my 400 stars for some merchandise had my baby nephew in the car through the drive through this lady says no we can’t do that you have to come inside for that! Lady I’m in the drive through for a reason! I let her know that they have done it in other locations she said yeah but we have a rush right now but they clearly were not to busy to make my drink right bad customer service here!
Not the first time that my order gets messed up- which we all can understand when it’s busy. But the way Brenda talked to me was simply rude. Staff needs training on customer service. Nobody needs this!!!
I absolutely love this location! The staff is always friendly and they always get my order rIght. On the rare occasion I sit for a while, they always ask me if I need anything else. They really have a great thing going and I hope they don’t change a thing!
