Victor Grossi at the H&R Block Libertyville, IL location (Red Top Plaza 1434 S. Milwaukee Ave.) was incredibly kind and patient. He took the time to explain everything to me. He was generous with his time and didn't rush me when I forgot some information and was asking about tax issues that will arise when I make a major life change in the near future. He was phenomenal!

Chuck Palmer is an efficient, knowledgeable, professional with outstanding communication skills. I appreciate that he set the appointment at the location most convenient to me. The returns he prepared for my wife and me were quite complicated because of a prolonged legal dispute that ended with a sale of real estate with all proceeds being held in escrow. He is a GREAT guy and easy to work with.
