The bone in rib eye was excellent. Not everyone else was very satisfied with their meals. Things are priced a bit high. Very cool place though. The waiter was very nice.
Amber ale was excellent. Everyone’s meals were great and far beyond the standard bar food we were expecting!
I had a great lunch here with friends after hiking at Starved Rock. All of us ordered burgers and they were AMAZING! Thank you for the great food and customer service!
We were pleasantly surprised by the food and service. We were expecting regular bar food but found a quality dining restaurant with amazing flavors and character. Our server, Kelly, impressed us with her service; service and knowledge that I would expect from a 5-star restaurant in Chicago. We had great experience. I can't comment on the atmosphere as we dined outside on a cool August evening in 2020.
This lone Buffalo headed for the pasture after driving a half hour from Channahon to this Lockport brewpub. Was told that bar seating would not be an issue if we arrived at 5 pm. We got there at 5:02 and the bar was packed. Maybe 2 open seats? Crammed shoulders to shoulders. Plenty of open seats all over the place. Hi tops, tables, booths open everywhere but they could not fit us in. When we asked if we could grab a hi top or if they could seat us, they were kinda rude about seating. Pretentious and not very accommodating I’d say. Went next door to Embers bar. Reliable Lockport bar with honest food and good prices. I’ll take my hard earned money elsewhere.
