Just spent 60 dollars and they brought it quick but followed none of my special requests on how to make the sandwiches. Won't be ordering from them again until I can go in store and make sure they do it right. Very disappointing.
What can I say? I have nothing bad to say, service is amazing, food is always fresh. Even if they mess it up, they will fix it right away. Thank you to this amazing team !!!
I'd give a better rating if they ever remembered any of my add on items. I have ordered and been charged for items that I did not receive multiple times. That's technically stealing and it's not ok.
Customer service poor on multiple occasions my food has taken over 30min. nothing was done no money off no appology..so stopped ordering .tried again today because my 3 yr old grandaughter loves it and yep almost and hour and same non chelant answer..no appology no discount nothing ....and to make it clear i dont need anything free its the point ive been in the food industry for a long time and keeping a customer is so much better than loosing one apparently they dont feel that way.. Oh and it will take 2-3 days for a refound...hmmm thats also false maybe the owner should take some classes on buisness..long story short never again
